A family who loves to cook started this kitchen with one goal: bring the full range of the subcontinent’s cooking to Orange County. Chef Ang Phurba Sherpa leads the kitchen with more than a dozen years of experience across North and South Indian, Indo-Chinese, and Himalayan cuisines, and he has mentored many cooks along the way.
